Study of University and College Students'High Quality Employment on the Basis of the Five Forces Model
In order to promote university students to realize high quality employment,it is necessary to determine the connotation of employment quality.Using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model for structural analysis of high quality for college students employment,will help to grasp the factors affecting college students'employment quality.To a-chieve high quality employment,job market,colleges and universities,graduates must build three-dimensional link-age:the government and market must adopt priority strategy,transformation of the mode of development,the imple-mentation of related policies.Colleges and universities must strengthen the quality consciousness,dock the market de-mand,highlight the classified guidance while students need improve their core competitiveness,adjust the mentality, plan for their career.
