Insulating properties of insulation paper modified by nano-Al2 O3 for power transformer
This paper describes the insulating properties of insulation paper composited with nano-Al2 O3 filler.The hand-sheets of insulating paper with different mass fraction of nano-Al2 O3 were prepared,and the performance of these hand-sheets which were immersed in oil under vacuum condition was tested.Results showed that the power frequency breakdown field of these hand-sheets containing different mass fraction of nano-Al2 O3 was greatly improved,when containing 1% nano-Al2 O3 the breakdown field increased by 20.83%,the tensile strength increased by 14.13%.When the mass fraction of nano-Al2 O3 was no more than 1%,the dielectric constant,the dielectric loss and the electric conductivity decreased with the mass fraction increase of nano-Al2 O3 .
