基于智能变电站信息共享的特点,研究出一种提升传统智能变电站保护性能的优化方法,详细阐明站域保护的含义和范围,将全站差动区划分为边界差动区和元件差动区,在SPBCD保护算法的基础上引入新的差动优先级划定方法,提出一种基于电流突变量的差动保护后备算法,实现了后备保护对故障元件的准确、快速定位,同时在跳闸策略上还充分考虑到断路器偶然故障拒动的情形,通过使用扩展跳闸方法,提升后备保护策略的容错能力.PSCAD仿真分析验证了SPBCV保护原理的正确性和可行性.
The optimization method to improve the protection performance of the traditional Smart Substation has been studied in this paper,which is based on the characteristics of information shared in the intelligent substation.The meaning and scope of the station protection was expounded,and the total station differential region was divided into the boundary differential region and the element differential region.In the SPBD protection algorithm,a new differential priority was introduced and then a new method of differential protection based on current inrush variable has been proposed.It can realize the accurate and fast location of fault components.Also in terms of tripping strategy,the accidental case in which the breaker refuse to act was taken full consideration.The resolution given in this paper uses a new tripping strategy called extended tripping,which will obviously improve the fault-tolerant ability of the backup protection strategy.PSCAD simulation results show that the proposed method is with high accuracy and feasibility.
