摘要

中国电力市场的改革为需求侧资源参与市场提高经济效益提供了有利契机.提出一种面向市场化的智能楼宇互动调控技术.根据能量守恒原理,建立中央空调系统热力学模型,提出中央空调的潜力评估方法,为智能楼宇参与电力市场提供负荷削减量依据;建立电力公司—负荷聚合商—智能楼宇的调度框架,在电力公司层面,以第二日削减时段的总花费最小为目标函数,实现负荷削减量指标在各负荷聚合商之间的优化分配,在负荷聚合商层面,对中央空调实施轮控技术,优化中央空调的运行占空比,实现负荷聚合商的经济效益最大化.仿真结果表明:该方法具有良好的削峰效果.

Abstract

The electricity market reform in China provides a good chance for demand response resources to take part in the market for more economic benefit. A market oriented interactive control technology of intelligent building was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the thermodynamic model of central air conditioning system was built considering energy conservation theory. And then a potential evaluation method of central air conditioning was proposed, which could provide the basis of load curtailment for intelligent building to take part in electricity market. A dispatch framework of power company-aggregator-intelligent building was presented. Taking the total cost minimum during load curtailment period as the objective function, the optimal distribution of load curtailment index among aggregators could be realized for the power company. For aggregators, the cycling control was applied to central air conditioning whose duty ratio was optimized in order to realize the maximal economic benefit. The simulation results showed that the proposed method had a good effect in peak load shifting.
