"双碳"战略下石灰岩矿山生态修复设计

"双碳"是我国重大的战略决策,矿业作为具有高能源消费和高碳排放特征的行业,已经成为我国实现碳中和的重要战场."双碳"战略下,如何在恢复矿区生态系统的同时,又能有效提高矿区减排增汇能力,成为一个新的议题.文章以泾阳某矿山修复项目为例,针对存在的地质灾害隐患、土壤污染、土地闲置和土壤、植被碳汇能力降低甚至丧失等生态环境问题,提出以消除地质灾害隐患、恢复土地使用功能和增强减排增汇能力为目的,采用"生态修复+光伏能源+农牧结合"的模式,统筹山水林田湖草沙系统治理,构建绿色低碳循环产业模式,助力乡村振兴,践行两山理论.
Mine ecological restoration design under"Double Carbon"strategy
Since China adopted its"Double Carbon"strategy,mining with its high energy consumption and high carbon emis-sions characteristics has become an important battlefield for China to achieve carbon neutrality.It has become a new issue how to recover the ecosystem of the mining areas,and at the same time to effectively improve mining area emission reduction and sink augmentation capacity.Taking a mine restoration project in Jingyang County as an example,this paper focuses on ecological and environmental problems such as potential geological hazards,soil pollution,idle land and the reduction or even loss of carbon se-questration capacity of soil and vegetation.A model of"ecological restoration+photovoltaic energy+combination of agricul-ture and animal husbandry"is proposed to eliminate the hidden danger of geological disasters,restore land use function and en-hance the ability of emission reduction and carbon sinks.It helps implement systematic control of mountains,forests,lakes,grass and sand,build a green and low-carbon circular industry model,promote rural revitalization,and stick to the theory of Two Mountains.
