依托延安市政务网支撑平台——"华为云"平台,基于SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)架构,采用B/S(Browser/Server)模式,自下而上搭建包括云平台基础层、空间信息感知层、信息资源层、服务层、应用层,综合运用三维数据存储管理、网络传输、可视化等关键技术,开发了延安市自然资源与地质环境信息平台.该平台由服务器、前端界面、运维管理系统和数据发布工具集4部分组成,根据延安城市发展面临的地质问题,开发了三维场景浏览、基础测绘、革命旧址工程病害监测、城市防灾减灾、地下空间开发利用、城市规划等应用功能模块,实现了对自然资源和地质环境数据的三维可视化管理,可在自然资源管理、城市规划建设、地下空间开发利用、防灾减灾等方面为政府相关部门提供服务.
Design and implementation of Yan'an city geological information platform
Natural Resources and Geological Environment Information Platform of Yan'an City is built on Yan'an Municipal Gov-ernment Network-Huawei Cloud Platform,adopting SOA architecture and using B/S mode.From bottom to top,this Platform consists of the cloud platform basic layer,spatial information perception layer,information resource layer,service layer and appli-cation layer.Key technologies are used such as 3D data storage management,network transmission and visualization.The Plat-form has four parts:server,front-end interface,operation and maintenance management system and data release tool set.Consid-ering the geological problems faced by Yan'an in its urban development,3D scene browsing,basic surveying and mapping,disease monitoring of revolutionary site engineering,urban disaster prevention and mitigation,underground space development and utili-zation,urban planning and other application function modules are developed.The 3D visualization management of natural re-sources and geological environment data are realized,which provides services to relevant government departments in natural re-sources management,urban planning and construction,underground space development and utilization,disaster prevention and mitigation.
