北京市矿山生态环境监测系统助力首都韧性城市建设

北京市大部分矿山位于生态涵养区及水源地上游,矿山开采及闭坑后产生的生态环境问题,涉及地表植被、生物多样性、水环境、土壤环境、地质灾害等内容,需要做到全域和全要素监测.通过北京市矿山生态环境监测系统的智能化和信息化技术、方法采集数据,分析矿山生态环境现状及变化趋势,推进矿山生态环境治理进程,增强山区涵养水源、水土保持、净化空气、防灾减灾等功能,协助构建山区地质灾害防治体系,进一步提升城市的支持服务和调节服务能力.监测系统未来不断完善和智能化发展,更好地服务密云水库上游空间保护规划及中国山水工程——西部篇,助力首都韧性城市建设.
Mining ecological environment monitoring system facilitates Beijing resilient city construction
Most of the mines in Beijing are located in the ecological conservation area and the upstream of the water source area.The ecological environment problems caused by mining and pit closure involve surface vegetation,biodiversity,water envi-ronment,soil environment,geological disasters and others,which need to be monitored in the whole domain and with all fac-tors.By using intelligent and information technologies,and the Beijing mining ecological environment monitoring system,data are collected to analyze the current situation and trend of mining ecological environment,promote the process of ecological environment management of the mines,enhance the functions of water conservation,soil and water conservation,air purifica-tion,disaster prevention and reduction in mountainous areas,assist in building a geological disaster prevention and control sys-tem in mountainous areas,and further enhance the city's support and regulation service capabilities.The monitoring system will continue to improve and develop intelligently in the future,better serving the spatial protection planning of the upstream of Miyun Reservoir and the western section of China's landscape engineering,and assisting in the construction of the capital re-silient city.
