InSAR技术在河南信阳新县地质灾害风险调查中的应用

国家开展新一轮的县域地质灾害风险调查评价是为了进一步摸清地质灾害风险隐患底数,切实解决"隐患在哪里"的问题,为政府有效开展自然灾害防治工作和国土空间规划提供科学决策依据.以豫南山区为例,运用InSAR技术监测信阳市新县地表形变以及单点典型地质灾害点的不同时期形变,分别计算出全区地表变形图以及单点形变曲线,对全区地表形变图与该地区地质发育情况以及单点形变曲线与实际演变进行对比.结果表明:InSAR技术具备有效的地表形变探测与监测能力,能实现隐患的早期识别,提高风险调查工作效率和评价的精准度.
Application of InSAR technology in geological hazard risk investigation in Xin County,Henan Province
The launch of a new round of nationwide county-level geological hazard risk investigation and evaluation is aimed at further understanding the bottom line of geological hazard risks,pinpointing"where the hazards are",and providing scientific decision-making basis for the government to effectively carry out natural disaster prevention and control work and national spatial planning.This paper takes the south mountain areas of Henan as an example.Firstly,by collecting data and conducting field sur-veys,the development of geological hazards in the entire county is obtained.Then,InSAR technology is used to monitor the sur-face deformation of the entire county and the deformation of typical geological hazard points at different periods,and to calculate the surface deformation map and single point deformation curve of the entire area separately.Finally,the comparison between the surface deformation map of the entire county and the geological development of the county,as well as the single point deforma-tion curve and actual evolution,indicates that InSAR technology has effective surface deformation detection and monitoring capa-bilities,and can discover early identification of hidden dangers.
