摘要
将非物质的社会关系与物质空间建设进行结合是社区治理的一个基础问题.完整社区是近年来国内在此方向上的创新和探索.在理论分析的基础上,研究认为完整社区在本质上与邻里社区概念相同,即在特定区域内建立一种地域界限和社会关系耦合的实体单元.其次,在分析国内治理单元演变的过程后,认为目前的"行政—社区"模式在尺度、内容、理念和方法上都难以支撑完整社区的建设.基于治理转型视角,从尺度和规模、关键要素以及作为空间组织的结构性要素三个方面讨论了"完整社区"的建构策略.
Abstract
Combining the social relationship dimension with material construction is a fundamental issue of community governance.In recent years,the integrated community has been an innovative practice in China to reform spatial governance.Based on theoretical analysis,it proposes that the integrated community is essentially the same as the"neighborhood community"in planning practices,that is,to establish a physical unit coupled with geographical space and social relationship within a specific area.Secondly,this paper proposes that the current"administration-community"model cannot support the construction of an integrated community in terms of scale,content,idea,and method.Then,this paper discusses the construction strategies of integrated communities from three aspects:scale and population,critical elements,and the city's spatial organization.
