摘要

城市科技创新是推动城市经济增长的重要力量,是社会发展的核心驱动力.创新生态系统已经超越单一主体或关系网络,对城市科技创新现象有更全面的系统观点.文章运用复杂适应系统理论,探讨创新生态系统与其主体的共同进化,并将创新的微观、中观、宏观三个维度纳入统一研究框架,系统分析了城市科技创新动能提升的路径与对策.创新的实践重心应放到关键主动载体上,以增加创新主体的自由度为抓手,释放主体活力,打造城市"科创引擎",抓住机会窗口,改善营商与人居环境,引导科技创新社会价值的正向发展.

Abstract

Urban science and technology innovation is an important force driving the economic growth of cities and is a core driver of social development.Innovation ecosystems have moved beyond single subjects or networks of relationships to a more holistic and systematic view of the phenomenon of urban science,technology and innovation.The article uses the theory of complex adaptive systems to explore the co-evolution of innovation ecosystems and their main bodies,and integrates the three dimensions of micro,meso and macro of innovation into a unified research framework to systematically analyze the path and countermeasures of enhancing the technological innovation momentum of urban science and technology.The focus of innovation practice should be placed on key active vehicles,with increasing the freedom of innovation subjects as a grip,releasing the vitality of subjects,creating an urban'science and innovation engine',seizing windows of opportunity,improving the business and habitat environment,and guiding the positive development of the social value of science,technology and innovation.
