基于多源数据的城市边缘区范围识别与城市活力评价——以杭州市主城区为例

摘要
城市边缘区作为城市与乡村的交界地带,是实现城乡统筹的关键区域.在识别杭州市城市边缘区范围的基础上,从人群活力和空间活力两个视角,探讨杭州城市边缘区活力水平.结果表明:(1)基于POI核密度分析的范围识别以及土地利用信息熵的结果验证,最终筛选出43个杭州城市边缘区镇街.(2)通过对百度热力图以及人口密度的量化分析,杭州市边缘区人群活力空间分布总体上呈现圈层式由内向外递减的特点.(3)边缘区GDP水平、服务设施密度、用地功能多样性、交通可达性、开发强度等指标在空间上有较为明显的集聚核心,总体上内边界空间活力水平高于外边界.(4)从功能适应、生态整合、产业升级、文脉传承四个方面为杭州城市边缘区活力营造、资源配置和规划管理提供参考.
Abstract
As the junction of city and countryside,Rural-urban fringe is the key area to achieve urban-rural integration.On the basis of identifying the scope of Rural-urban fringe in Hangzhou,this paper discusses the vitality level of Rural-urban fringe in Hangzhou from the perspectives of population vitality and space vitality.The results show that:(1)Based on the range identification of POI core density analysis and the verification of the results of land use information entropy,43 towns and streets in Rural-urban fringe were finally screened out.(2)Through quantitative analysis of Baidu's heat map and population density,the spatial distribution of population vitality in the peripheral areas of Hangzhou City generally shows a circular pattern of decreasing from the inside out.(3)The GDP level,service facility density,land use functional diversity,transportation accessibility,development intensity and other indicators in the marginal zone have obvious agglomeration cores in space,and overall,the vitality level of the inner boundary space is higher than that of the outer boundary space.(4)It provides reference for Rural-urban fringe vitality building,resource allocation and planning management from four aspects:functional adaptation,ecological integration,industrial upgrading and cultural heritage.
