摘要
高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,城市经济高质量发展自然成为中国式现代化建设的关键内容和必然要求.文章从城市经济高质量发展基本内涵出发,提出一个能够体现创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大新发展理念的城市经济高质量发展分析框架,并基于此框架梳理总结中共"十八大"以来我国城市经济高质量发展经验.研究发现,我国城市经济发展在不同阶段有不同特点,进入新时代后城市经济在发展目的、发展动力、发展效率、发展结构和发展布局等五个方面的转变充分体现了高质量发展要求.这有助于更好地理解和推进我国城市经济高质量发展.
Abstract
High-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country,and high quality development of urban economy naturally becomes the key content and inevitable requirement of Chinese path to modernization.Starting from the basic connotation of high-quality urban economic development,this paper proposes an analysis framework of high-quality urban economic development that can reflect the five new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,based on this framework,we summarizes the experience of high-quality urban economic development in China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The research finds that China's urban economic development has different characteristics in different stages,especially after entering the new era,the transformation of urban economy in five aspects of economic scale,economic structure,development efficiency,development momentum and development layout has fully reflected the requirements of high-quality development.It is helpful to better understanding and promoting the high-quality development of our urban economy.
