都市圈先进制造业集群的空间演化研究——以成都为例

摘要
在都市圈层面培育先进制造业集群成为我国产业迈向全球价值链中高端的战略选择.利用2000-2020年成都都市圈的企业区位数据,采用标准差椭圆与共集聚系数方法,定量识别成都都市圈两个国家级先进制造业集群即能源装备制造业、软件和信息服务业集群的空间分化及共集聚趋势.研究表明:①两个产业在都市圈内呈现"核心-边缘"的空间分布格局,能源装备制造业逐渐郊区化和均衡化,软件和信息服务业先扩散而后向都市圈中心集中化,表明信息通信技术(ICT)发展对都市圈空间结构具有中心化(软件服务业)和去中心化(能源装备制造业)两个效应;②两个产业的共集聚程度下降,重心变化方向一致,重心间的距离增大;③两个产业细分行业均呈现"集中式-西移"或"分散式-东移"的集聚模式,它们的空间密集度都从北至南依次衰减.
Abstract
Cultivating advanced manufacturing clusters in a metropolitan area has become a strategic choice for China's industries to move towards the middle and high end of the global value chain.Using the standard deviational ellipse and co-agglomeration coefficient,this paper attempts to identify the spatial divergence and co-agglomeration of two nation-class advanced manufacturing clusters,namely energy equipment manufacturing and software and information services,from 2000 to 2020 in the Chengdu metropolitan area.The results show that:(1)the two industries show a"core-periphery"pattern in the metropolitan area,with the energy equipment manufacturing gradually suburbanizing and the software and information services first spreading and then concentrating around the center of the metropolitan area,implying a co-existence of decentralization and centralization,the impacts of ICT on metropolitan spatial structure;(2)The degree of co-clustering of the two industries decreased,the direction of the change of the centers of gravity was the same,and the distance between the centers of gravity increased;(3)All the subsectors showed a"centralized-westward"or"dispersed-eastward"pattern,whose extents of spatial intensity decreasing from north to south.
