摘要
社区是城市基本组成单元,是社会健康与可持续发展的载体.近年来各类社区建设与提升日益增多,如果从只关注建设向建设与可持续运营协同发展是各级政府关注的重要议题.社区可持续运营是提升政务服务能力、公共服务和物业服务能力的重要举措,也是各方需要参与和支持的系统性课题.分析社区大运营模式的相关要素,通过不同要素的关联关系构建大运营模型,为社区可持续发展提供支撑条件,并通过嘉兴市桂苑社区实际情况分析大运营模式的可行性和实现路径,为社区可持续运营提供理论支撑和实践参考.
Abstract
Community is the fundamental unit of a city and the carrier of social health and sustainable development.In recent years,the construction and improvement of various communities have been increasing.If we shift from focusing solely on construction to promoting coordinated development between construction and sustainable operation,it is an important issue of concern for governments at all levels.Sustainable community operation is an important measure to enhance the capacity of government services,public services,and property services,and is also a systematic issue that requires participation and support from all parties.This article analyzes the relevant elements of the community's large-scale operation model,constructs a large-scale operation model through the correlation between different elements,provides support conditions for the sustainable development of the community,and analyzes the feasibility and implementation path of the large-scale operation model through the actual situation of Guiyuan Community in Jiaxing City,providing theoretical support and practical reference for the sustainable operation of the community.
