新价值理念下的历史城区划定方法探究

摘要
历史城区是名城保护的重点空间区域,是历史名城保护中"城"的空间核心载体.新时期名城保护更强调系统性、完整性,要求空间全覆盖、要素全囊括,和城乡建设相融合.历史城区的整体性保护是破解问题的关键.研究从保护范围划定这一基础工作切入,通过分析历史城区的空间组成和特征,研究单一片区和多片区组合两大类历史城区空间形态的演变逻辑,归纳历史城区划定的一般性和特殊性规律,总结出六种历史城区的典型划定模式,为城市更新背景下,历史城区保护整体格局构建,及与城市融合发展,探索了更多方法路径.
Abstract
Historical urban area is the key spatial area for the protection of historical cities and the spatial core carrier of"old city".In the new period,the conservation of historical cities emphasizes systematicness and integrity,requiring full coverage of space and elements,and integrating with urban and rural construction.The holistic protection of historical city is the key to solve the problem.The research starts from the basic work of delineating the scope of protection,By analyzing the spatial composition and characteristics of historical urban areas,This paper studies the evolution logic of spatial form of two types of historical urban areas,namely,single area and multi-area combination,sums up the general and special laws of historical urban delineation,and summarizes six typical delineation modes of historical urban areas,thus exploring more methods and paths for the construction of the overall pattern of historical urban protection and its integration with cities under the background of urban renewal.
