山地城市安置社区公共空间场所依恋研究及其更新启示——以重庆市大渡口区鑫瑞康居为例

摘要
近年来在安置社区公共空间更新中强调居民的情感依恋成为重要目标."场所依恋"强调人与场所之间的情感联系,是研究人与场所关系的重要理论.安置社区公共空间的场所依恋研究对其规划、建设与更新具有积极意义.以场所依恋理论为切入点,运用场所依恋量表和SPSS26分析软件,以重庆市大渡口区鑫瑞康居安置社区为研究对象,探究其公共空间场所依恋的影响因素和相互作用.研究结果显示多种因素会影响使用者对安置社区公共空间场所的依恋程度,其中使用者的年龄、职业、居住时间和活动方式与场所依恋程度之间存在显著关联;空间物质环境、社会交往环境、居民行为特征与场所依恋的形成存在显著正相关性,且社会交往环境和居民行为特征之间存在显著相关性.研究同时探讨了安置社区公共空间场所依恋的形成机制,并进一步提出因地制宜的更新启示.
Abstract
In recent years,the emphasis on residents'emotional attachment has become an important goal in the renewal of public space in resettlement communities."Place attachment"emphasizes the emotional connection between people and places,and is an important theory to study the relationship between people and places.The study of place attachment in the public space of resettlement community is of positive significance to the planning,construction and renewal of the resettlement community with humanistic care.This paper takes the place attachment theory as the starting point,uses the Place attachment scale and SPSS26 analysis software,and takes the Xinruikangju resettlement community in Dadukou district of Chongqing as the research object to explore the influential factors of place attachment in public space.The results show that a variety of factors can affect the user's attachment degree to the public space in the resettlement community,and there is a significant correlation between the user's age,occupation,residence time and activity mode and the place attachment degree.The spatial material environment,social interaction environment and residents'behavior characteristics have significant positive correlation with the formation of place attachment,and the social interaction environment and residents'behavior characteristics have significant correlation.At the same time,the paper discusses the formation mechanism of place attachment in the public space of resettlement community,and further proposes the inspiration of updating according to local conditions.
