摘要

以企业级地理信息为基础,从企业—行业—区域三个维度构建了辐射带动效应模型,研究了产业辐射带动效应网络的结构特征,测度了京津冀核心产业集群的辐射带动范围.并通过构建产业转移适应性模型对北京市新增产业的禁止限制类行业进行产业环境适应性测度.研究发现,京津冀地区形成了六个产业集群,其中两个为跨地区产业集群;北京与河北间辐射带动效应较强,天津与北京、河北间辐射带动效应较弱;辐射带动效应集中于北京金融业与商务服务业,天津金融业与交通运输业,以及河北能源供应行业和制造业;北京产业集群辐射范围最大,覆盖了京津冀中北部.廊坊市是北京新增产业的限制禁止类行业产业环境适应性较高的地区.

Abstract

This study is based on enterprise level geographic information and constructs a radiation driven effect model from three dimensions:enterprise industry region.The structural characteristics of the industrial radiation driven effect network are studied,and the radiation driven range of the core industrial clusters in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is measured.And by constructing an industrial transfer adaptability model,the industrial environment adaptability of prohibited and restricted industries in newly added industries in Beijing is measured.Research has found that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has formed six industrial clusters,of which two are cross regional industrial clusters.The radiative driving effect between Beijing and Hebei is strong,while the radiative driving effect between Tianjin and Beijing and Hebei is weak.The radiative driving effect is concentrated in Beijing's financial and business service industries,Tianjin's financial and transportation industries,as well as Hebei's energy supply and manufacturing industries.The industrial cluster in Beijing has the largest radiation range,covering the central and northern parts of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Langfang is an area with high adaptability to the industrial environment of the restricted and prohibited industries of new industries in Beijing.
