摘要
站城一体已经成为近年来我国轨道交通TOD开发模式的一种趋势,但针对人口量未达千万级别的城市而言,站城一体的适应性有所减弱.而从社区层面与站点结合开发研究稀少.从社区层面结合轨道交通站点开发,提出未来社区的"站社一体"新模式.并以宁波为例,通过总结8个未来社区交通场景的调研问卷,希望从舒适度、便捷度和融合度这三个方面,发现存量型未来社区与站点使用问题.并借鉴成功案例的设计,形成增量型设计的三大策略,为TOD理论在社区层面发展提供建议.
Abstract
In recent years,the integration of station and city has become a trend of China's rail transit TOD development mode.For cities with a total population of less than 10 million,the adaptability of the integration of station and city has weakened.However,research on the combination of community level and station development is scarce.This study intends to combine the development of rail transit stations from the community level,and propose a new model of"station community integration"in the future community.This study summarized the survey questionnaires of 8 future community traffic scenes in Ningbo.We hope to find out the problems of the use of storage-type future communities and sites from three aspects:comfort,convenience and integration.And draw lessons from successful cases to form three strategies of incremental community design.To provide suggestions for the development of TOD theory at the community level.
