摘要
未来社区是社区建设模式创新的有益探索,在老旧社区改造提升中融入未来社区理念是城市更新的前沿实践,既能有效满足居民日益增长的个性化需求,又能推动社区高质量发展.通过梳理阐释未来社区理念的内在涵义,归纳未来社区与老旧社区改造的逻辑关联,并以人本化改造、数字化联通、生态化建设为一级指标,构建老旧社区向未来社区改造提升的评价指标体系框架,促进老旧社区向未来社区改造提升的理论研究与创新实践.
Abstract
The future community is a beneficial exploration of innovative community construction models.Integrating the concept of future communities into the renovation and upgrading of old communities is a cutting-edge practice in urban renewal,which can effectively meet the growing personalized needs of residents and promote high-quality development of communities.By sorting out and explaining the inherent meaning of the concept of future communities,summarizing the logical relationship between future communities and the transformation of old communities,and using humanistic transformation,digital connectivity,and ecological construction as primary indicators,we construct an evaluation index system framework for the improvement of future communities in old communities,promoting theoretical research and innovative practice for the improvement of future communities in old communities.
