摘要
国家双循环新格局驱使区域从产业集群升级为产业链集群.基于产业链集群概念、内涵的认识,从多元企业主体微观层面出发,利用核密度、空间自相关、协同区位商、关联规则等数量模型,研究珠三角产业空间分布、集聚、关联特征以及影响因素.研究发现,不同类型企业以集聚在都市圈核心区为主,链主、专精特新小巨人存在向次核心圈层集聚趋势,链主和独角兽同专精特新小巨人、科技型中小企业在局部形成区位关联.产业空间布局除了受成本、用地因素影响外,还受产业链变革、智能化生产模式下企业关联和产业关联融合影响,促使生产组织重心外迁、空间区位关联加强,形成了生产链群、科技孵化、专业技术服务、中小企业生产融合等多种功能单元.基于上述认识,提出构建链群式发展的空间布局、保障企业梯队空间供给、重视跨界地区缝合产业网络等规划对策.
Abstract
The global trade changes and the new pattern of national dual circulation have driven regions to upgrade from industrial clusters to industrial chain clusters.Based on the concept,connotation,and related theories of industrial chain clusters,starting from the micro level of diversified enterprise entities,this study uses quantitative models such as kernel density,spatial autocorrelation,collaborative location quotient,and association rules to study the spatial distribution,agglomeration,association characteristics,and influencing factors of industries in the Pearl River Delta.Research has found that different types of enterprises are concentrated in the core areas of urban agglomerations.Chain owners,specialized,refined,and new small giants have the characteristic of expanding and clustering towards the secondary core circle.Chain owners,unicorns with other enterprises form local location correlation characteristics.The industrial spatial layout is not only affected by cost and land use factors,but also by the transformation of the industrial chain and the integration of enterprise and industry associations under the intelligent production mode,which promotes the relocation of production organization and the strengthening of spatial location correlation,forming various spatial functional units such as production chain clusters,technology incubation,professional technical services,and the integration of small and medium-sized enterprise production.Based on the above understanding,planning strategies are proposed to construct a spatial layout for the development of chain cluster units,ensure effective supply of enterprise echelon space,and attach importance to the stitching of industrial networks in cross-border areas.
