摘要
在城市高质量发展背景下,如何精细化应对社会经济转型下新的城市空间问题,关注城市效率、活力及可持续运营,促进城市综合效益精明增长,成为城市设计发展的重要范式导向.通过强调设计生成和实施过程中剖解问题的针对性与连贯性,初步构建精细化城市设计技术路径,明确"专题—专策—专管"三个关键执行层级,并进一步结合案例分析其应用要点.
Abstract
In the context of high-quality urban development,the key guiding principle for urban design lies in effectively addressing the new urban space challenges brought about by socio-economic transformation.It is essential to prioritize urban efficiency,vitality,and sustainability,and to promote overall urban benefits.By emphasizing the relevance and coherence of problem-solving in the urban design process,a meticulous urban design methodology has been established.The three key operational levels of"theme-strategy-management"have been defined,and their application points have been further analyzed through case studies.
