摘要
合理的热环境评价方法是实现住区热环境品质提升的基础.目前,住区热环境的传统评价方法多为对某一时刻、局部空间的热环境测量或模拟,缺少与居民长期行为的时空匹配,故难以反映居民在日常生活中对热环境的全面感知.针对此问题,本研究结合多智能体模拟方法对传统评价方法进行优化,提出以热绩效为指标的住区室外空间热环境优化评价方法.首先,对住区内的日常行为活动进行问卷调研与实地观测,梳理居民行为链条、计算逐时行为概率、引入空间选择模型,建立住区内居民时空行为的多智能体模型;其次,整合住区室外空间热环境微气候与居民的时空行为,构建住区室外空间热绩效优化评价模型,实现时空行为视角下对住区热环境的有效评估;最后,以上海某住区的夏季典型周为例进行实证检验,并提出相应的优化策略.结果表明热绩效评价方法相较传统评价方法,在住区室外空间热环境评测的精度与时空匹配方面有显著提升效果.
Abstract
A rational thermal environment evaluation method is essential for improving the quality of residential thermal environments.Traditional methods for evaluating the thermal environment in residential areas often involve measurements or simulations of thermal conditions at a specific moment and in a specific space,lacking temporal and spatial alignment with residents'long-term behavioral activities.As a result,these methods struggle to accurately reflect the thermal environment as it is truly perceived by residents in their daily lives.To address this issue,this study optimizes traditional evaluation methods through multi-agent simulation,proposing an optimized evaluation method for outdoor residential space thermal environments based on thermal performance indicators.Initially,the study involves conducting surveys and field observations of daily activities within residential areas to establish a chain of resident behaviors,calculate hourly behavioral probabilities,and introduce a spatial selection model to develop a multi-agent model of residents'spatiotemporal behaviors.Subsequently,the study integrates simulations of microclimatic conditions in outdoor residential spaces with simulations of residents'spatiotemporal behaviors to construct an optimized evaluation model for thermal performance in outdoor residential spaces,enabling effective assessment of the thermal environment from a spatiotemporal behavioral perspective.Finally,the study conducts empirical testing using a typical summer week in a specific Shanghai residential area as a case study and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.The results show that the thermal performance evaluation method significantly enhances the accuracy and spatiotemporal alignment in evaluating the outdoor thermal environment of residential areas compared to traditional methods.
