社区社群营造何以培育社会资本?——浙江省未来社区社群营造实践

摘要
当前,我国社区中的社群呈多元化差异化发展,不同模式的社群培育社会资本能力有何差异,多元共治模式是否以及如何提升社群社会资本等问题值得关注.研究以衢州礼贤未来社区的社群营造为例,对比居委会主导、企业主导、居民自治三种模式对于结合型和桥接型社会资本的培育能力,以及多元共治实施前后各类社群社会资本的变化情况.研究发现,不同模式的社群中社会资本存量差异显著,企业主导社群的社会资本存量相对较低;多元共治对各类社群的社会资本都具有提升作用,但其对于桥接型社会资本的培育能力明显高于结合型社会资本;社群扶持等4项多元共治措施对社群社会资本具有提升作用.本研究对社区的社群营造工作和社区治理具有重要的参考价值.
Abstract
The current development of communities in China is characterized by diversified and differentiated patterns.It is essential.to investigate the disparities in the capacity of different community types to cultivate social capital and examine the potential of multi-stakeholder governance in enhancing community social capital.This study takes community building in the Lixian Future Community in Quzhou as a study case,comparing the abilities of neighborhood committee-led,enterprise-led,and resident self-governance models in fostering bonding and bridging social capital.The research reveals significant differences in social capital accumulation among different community types,with enterprise-led communities having relatively lower levels.Multi-stakeholder governance demonstrates a positive impact on enhancing social capital across all types of communities,particularly in fostering bridging social capital.Measures such as community support contribute to enhancing community social capital.This research holds significant implications for community development and governance practices.
