摘要
城市更新是中国式现代化背景下城市发展模式转型的新着力点.以西方空间生产理论为核心线索,在中国语境下对存量空间生产过程中的三元辩证关系进行解读,并将其与城市更新演进历程相结合,系统揭示从"地本"到"人本"的城市更新价值取向演化逻辑,形成一套空间三元价值体系.在此基础上,从生命支持价值同化、政治经济价值异化和日常生活价值弱化三方面剖析当前城市更新发展面临的空间价值失序困境,并提出借在地化之势激活文化资本、凭数字化之力促进公平正义和用共同体之效恢复社会联结三条解决路径,以期为我国城市更新政策的制定提供参考.
Abstract
Urban renewal is a new focus of urban development mode transformation under the background of Chinese path to modernization.Taking Western spatial production theory as the core clue,this paper interprets the dialectical relationship of the three elements in the production process of stock space in the Chinese context,and combines it with the evolution process of urban renewal to systematically reveal the evolution logic of urban renewal value orientation from "local" to "human",forming a set of spatial three element value system.On this basis,the spatial value disorder dilemma faced by current urban renewal and development is analyzed from three aspects:assimilation of life support value,alienation of political and economic value,and weakening of daily life value.Three solutions are proposed:activating cultural capital through localization,promoting fairness and justice through digitalization,and restoring social connections through community effects,in order to provide reference for the formulation of urban renewal policies in China.
