中国城市本地知识相关性对新兴技术兴起的影响分析——以新能源汽车产业为例

摘要
新兴产业的兴起区位在经济地理学界长期存在争论,在创新驱动战略指导下,探究其区位规律既是重要的学科问题,又对国家精准扶持新兴产业具有指导意义.通过梳理"区域分叉理论""相关多样化"的观点,构建了知识相关性分析框架,辨析出本地知识相关性是影响新兴产业区位的关键点;以新能源汽车产业为例,结合"相关多样化"假说的观点,引入知识关联密度并采用多元线性回归模型对其具体影响进行测度,结论如下:①北京、保定、合肥是未来新能源汽车技术创新的三大知识流动中心,新能源汽车产业兴起的潜力城市在中东部地区形成稳定的网络结构分布.②知识关联密度对新兴产业兴起具有稳定且显著的积极作用,且除教育支出外的多数控制变量显著为正;正是由于知识基础的异质性与控制变量的不同作用,导致了既集中于发达城市、又具有一定自由度的空间格局.③研究结果表明知识经济时代下,知识基础对创新的锚定效应明显,区域产业分叉出现的概率加大,区位机会窗口较难打开.不同区域需根据本地知识相关性精确引入新兴产业.
Abstract
The location of emerging industries has long been debated in the field of economic geography.Under the guidance of innovation-driven strategy,exploring the location rule of emerging industries is not only an important subject issue,but also has guiding significance for the country to accurately support emerging industries.By sorting out the viewpoints of"regional bifurcation theory"and"relevant diversification",this paper identifies that the relevance of local knowledge is the key point affecting the location of emerging industries.Taking the new energy automobile industry as an example,combined with the"relevant diversification"hypothesis,the knowledge correlation density was introduced and the multiple linear regression model was used to measure its specific impact.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Beijing,Baoding and Hefei are the three knowledge centers of new energy vehicle technology innovation in the future.The potential cities for the rise of new energy vehicle industry gradually form a stable network structure distribution in the central and eastern regions;Guangzhou and Xi'an have a relatively stable technical structure in the aspect of new energy vehicles,and their new energy vehicle technology patents have a high level but have reached a certain bottleneck at present;Yichun,Hsinzhu and Bozhou have higher relevance density of new energy vehicle technology knowledge,but they do not form a large-scale new energy vehicle industry at present,this part reflects its technology industry in the past,and is the key city of our future development of new energy vehicle technology.(2)Knowledge correlation density has a stable and significant positive effect on the rise of emerging industries,and most control variables except education expenditure are significantly positive.It is the heterogeneity of knowledge base and the different effects of control variables that lead to the spatial pattern which is concentrated in developed cities and has a certain degree of freedom.(3)the results show that the era of knowledge economy,knowledge based on innovation of anchoring effect significantly,different regions should be based on local knowledge correlation precise introduction of emerging industries,public policy should be according to relevant technical structure,provides the technical support,because these areas can effectively use these technical structure to make policy.For developed cities,the knowledge base in all aspects is relatively strong,so that they can obtain more opportunities for the development of emerging industries.Developed cities have more potential to keep up with the forefront of science and technology to cultivate industries.Compared with developed cities,the knowledge base of backward cities often has more disadvantages than advantages in the development of emerging industries.Although there are some comparative advantages,the development of backward cities needs to pay more attention to the development of emerging industries related to the original city's knowledge base,instead of blindly choosing to support fashionable and novel industries.
