摘要
针对当前城市病综合治理理论与方法体系的缺失,提出在城市生命体理念指导下,构建系统研究城市运行机制、城市病致病机理以及城市病治理的方法体系.深入解读城市生命体理念,提出各种要素流是城市运行的物质基础,要素流流动不畅是城市病形成的根源,进而提出一种以要素流分析与导控为核心,类似生命体健康管理的治理模型.期望对综合治理城市病,提供新的视角和工具,为城市建设决策与实践提供有益的参考.
Abstract
This thesis addresses the lackage of comprehensive theories and methodologies for contemporary urban diseases.Guided by the concept of the urban organism,it proposes a systematic approach to exploring urban operational mechanisms,the pathology and treatment of urban diseases.By interpreting the urban organism concept,the thesis identifies the flow of various elements as the material foundation of urban operation,and the sluggish flow of factors is the root cause of urban diseases.Consequently,it introduces an organizational structure centered on the analysis and regulation of element flows,akin to health management in living organisms.This model aims to offer new perspectives and tools for the comprehensive treatment to urban diseases,providing admissible solutions for decision-making and practice of urban construction.
