城市创新街区的景观生产及其机制解析——基于南京悦动·新门西的实证

摘要
基于景观社会研究视角,依循"权力争夺—景观生产—空间异化"的逻辑脉络建构创新型街区的景观生产机制.并以南京悦动·新门西创新街区为实证对象,分析其景观开发中的权力倾斜、创新景观的移植与再生产、空间的精英化赋能等生产历程,以及实、虚两类空间景观生产动因与方式,指出创新街区的更新过程本质上是由政府以城市形象营销捕获土地收益、开发商和企业品牌增效获利、各类媒体收获流量、游客和居民的消费欲望共同驱动下,经由"景观营销"所完成的空间生产过程.进一步反思了创新空间在建设过程中存在的景观正义问题以及"空间魅化"陷阱,提出了对创新空间建设的再认知与再思考.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of landscape social research,the paper constructs the landscape production mechanism of innovative blocks according to the logic context of"power struggle-landscape production-space alienation".Taking Nanjing Yuedong Xinmenxi Innovation District as the empirical object,the paper analyzes the production process of power tilt,the transplantation and reproduction of innovative landscape,and the elitist empowerment of space in its landscape development,as well as the production motivation and mode of real and imaginary spatial landscape.It is pointed out that the renewal process of innovative blocks is essentially a spatial production process completed by"landscape marketing",which is driven by the government to capture land income through urban image marketing,the developers and enterprises to gain profits from brand efficiency,the various media to harvest traffic,and the consumption desire of tourists and residents.This paper further reflects on the problems of landscape justice and the trap of"space enchantment"in the process of innovation space construction,and puts forward the re-cognition and re-thinking of innovation space construction.
