摘要

应用Ucinet社会网络分析方法测度城市群协同创新网络结构特征,使用DEA模型测度协同创新效率,并探究协同创新网络和协同创新效率间的关系.研究发现:1)2005-2020年间,七大城市群协同创新网络创新节点、持续协同节点、网络密度、网络规模等均有不同程度的发育,协同创新水平不断提高,京津冀、长三角、珠三角等城市群已经处于或呈现了网络化协同创新的结构特征.2)京津冀呈现DEA有效,即创新效率趋于最优,其他城市群创新效率呈上升趋势,但与最优状态尚存在差距,主要原因为协同创新要素的投入规模未达到所需的最优规模.3)网络结构对协同创新效率影响显著,其中,网络密度呈强负向作用,平均路径长度、聚类系数、网络中心势呈弱负相关.基于以上分析,从城市群网络结构建设等三个方面提出了对策建议.

Abstract

Ucinet social network analysis is applied to measure the structural characteristics of co-innovation network in the metropolitan region,DEA measurement model is used to measure the co-innovation efficiency of the metropolitan region,leading to further exploration of the relationship between co-innovation network and co-innovation efficiency.The conclusions of the empirical study include:1)During the period of 2005-2020,almost all of the co-innovation nodes,sustained co-innovation nodes,network density and network scale of seven metropolitan region have some development,and the level of co-innovation has continued to improve.Metropolitan regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta etc.,have presented some of the main characteristics of networked co-innovation.2)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region maintains DEA effeciency,which indicates that the innovation efficiency has reached the optimal state.And the other metropolitan regions show a general upward trend in efficiency,but there is still a gap with the optimal state.The reason that restricts the efficiency of co-innovation in most metropolitan regions is that the scale input of co-innovation elements has not reached the required optimal scale.3)The network structure has a significant impact on the co-innovation efficiency,specifically,the network density has a strong negative effect,and the average path length,the clustering coefficient,and the network centrality potential have a weak negative effect on the co-innovation efficiency.Based on the analyses above,countermeasures including the construction of the co-innovation networks of metropolitan region are proposed in three aspects,.
