摘要
全球新一轮科技革命、产业变革加速演进,创新正在逐步重塑全球经济格局.将创新过程划分为科学创新、技术创新、产业创新三个环节,借助网络分析方法,采用SCI论文、PCT专利以及全球代表性科技创新企业布局数据,模拟全球创新网络并解析全球城市在三个创新环节中的网络联系特征.研究发现全球创新以北美、欧洲、东亚三个区域为引领,各环节的优势区域存在差异.科学创新网络呈现"扁平型"的结构特征,北美、欧洲、东亚三大区域城市均发挥重要作用;技术创新网络呈现"集聚型"的结构特征,以东亚城市为核心;产业创新网络呈现"放射型"的结构特征,旧金山在网络中占据绝对优势.
Abstract
With the rapid evolution of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,innovation is gradually reshaping the global economic landscape.This paper divides the innovation process into three stages:scientific innovation,technological innovation,and industrial innovation.By employing network analysis methods and utilizing data on SCI papers,PCT patents,and the layout of globally representative technological innovation enterprises,this paper simulates the global innovation network and analyzes the network connection characteristics of global cities in the three innovation stages.The study finds that global innovation is led by three regions:North America,Europe,and East Asia,with regional differences in the advantages of each stage.The scientific innovation network exhibits a"flat"structure,with cities in North America,Europe,and East Asia playing important roles.The technological innovation network demonstrates an"agglomeration"structure,with East Asian cities at its core.The industrial innovation network presents a"radiation"structure,with San Francisco holding an absolute advantage in the network.
