It is of great significance to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties with counties as the carrier for the overall promotion of new industrialization,new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization.On the basis of explaining the concepts of Chinese-style urbanization,county-level urban-rural integration and county town,this paper deconstructs the academic logic of county town promoting county-level urban-rural integration development from four dimensions:creating the value space of social division of labor,realizing the double superposition of factor integration,creating the development field of fair rights and building the supporting platform of industrial integration,and analyzes the realistic dilemma of promoting county-level urban-rural integration development with county town as the carrier.From the aspects of improving the systematic human capital cultivation mechanism,promoting the market-oriented land factor circulation reform,building an efficient urban and rural industrial agglomeration carrier and improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of inclusive counties,this paper puts forward the practical path to promote the integration of urban and rural development in counties.
