都市圈范围识别的出行率阈值研究——以深圳都市圈为例

摘要
都市圈范围界定是我国都市圈研究的重要议题,也是都市圈规划和建设的关键前提和支撑.然而,现有研究在都市圈范围划定时多依赖经验设定出行率阈值,缺乏科学依据.针对这一问题,采用手机信令大数据,以深圳都市圈为例,从出行联系、区域竞争、交通网络三个维度出发,综合运用断裂点模型、出行距离分析、交通等时圈构建技术,建立了合理划定都市圈范围的出行率阈值确定方法,研究发现,双向出行率2%可作为深圳都市圈范围界定的关键阈值.基于此阈值,进一步划分了深圳都市圈的影响圈、生活圈和通勤圈,为深圳都市圈建设提供决策支撑,也为我国都市圈范围确定提供方法参考,为都市圈发展规划和政策制定提供科学依据.
Abstract
Urban agglomeration boundary delineation is a crucial topic in urban agglomeration research in China,and it is also a key prerequisite and support for urban agglomeration planning and construction.Currently,the delineation of urban agglomeration boundaries mostly relies on travel rate as the delineation indicator.However,the setting of travel rate thresholds often relies on experience and lacks scientific support.In this paper,using mobile signaling big data and taking the Shenzhen urban agglomeration as an example,we depart from three perspectives:travel connections,regional competition,and transportation networks.Based on the breakpoint model,travel distance,and isochrone analysis methods,we overlay the analysis with travel rates to construct a method for reasonably delineating the urban agglomeration boundary based on travel rate thresholds.The study finds that a bidirectional travel rate of 2%is a relatively reasonable identification standard for the Shenzhen urban agglomeration.Based on this,the influence zone,living zone,and commuting zone of the Shenzhen urban agglomeration are identified,providing decision support for its construction and offering a methodological reference for determining urban agglomeration boundaries in China.This research supports urban agglomeration development planning and policy formulation.
