With the acceleration of urbanization,public transportation,as an important mode of urban transportation,is facing new challenges and changes.As the main consumers and urban residents in the future,the Generation Z youth group is very important for the development of the bus industry.This paper understands the consumption habits,values and travel needs of Generation Z youth,innovates and optimizes public transportation services according to their characteristics,and proposes corresponding public transportation marketing strategies to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of public transportation.
