As an important part of urban public transport,the fundamental value of conventional ground public transport lies in solving the public transport travel needs of citizens.However,with the changes in the bus operation policy and the passenger transport market,the embodiment of this value needs to be based on efficient operation and management.In order to scientifically evaluate the operation and management level of bus routes,this paper studies and establishes a set of multi-dimensional big data analysis and evaluation system for the production and operation of bus routes,and takes the relevant lines of the second branch of Xi'an Public Transport Group as an example,and uses the method of analogy to expound the application and evaluation results of 10 evaluation indicators,so as to provide theoretical support for the efficient operation of public transport enterprises and the personalized travel needs of citizens.
