Taking urban renewal as an opportunity to scientifically promote the improvement and efficiency of state-owned asset management——Taking the Xinfeng Street Industrial Park project as an example
In recent years,in accordance with the new general plan of Beijing Municipality and based on the functional positioning of the capital,Beijing Public Transport Group has combined the topics of efficient utilization of the vacated space after the relocation of the original functions of some bus stations,and has taken the opportunity of serving the urban renewal of the capital to study and propose a series of project plans for"1921 Urban Smart Space",which integrates multiple service functions and weaves urban public services by building a number of characteristic industrial parks.The Xinfeng Street project is an important pilot project to scientifically promote the quality and efficiency of state-owned asset management,and in 2023,the project will be recognized as a demonstration project of urban renewal in Beijing.The 1921 series of urban renewal projects,represented by Xinfeng Street,have outstanding comprehensive benefits in promoting the efficient and sustainable use of state-owned assets,providing urban public service carrying space,and promoting local economy and government taxation.
