珠海市会同村选址隐幽、规划格局严整,整体风貌中西合璧、建筑质量上乘,是珠海市保存最完好的近代村落,是岭南近代买办文化的物化见证.在完整保护会同古村原则指导下,保护其空间格局、街巷尺度、历史建筑等历史信息,贯彻适度发展的再生利用策略,营造富有魅力的乡村生活图景,有利于实现其社会、环境和经济的和谐发展.
Abstract
Hui Tong Village is the best-preserved village with historical landscape of Zhuhai. According to the principle of preserving all of its historical information, local authorities try to restore it through rehabilitation and reconstruction.
