Territorial Spatial Characteristics,Issues, and Planning Responses of Agricultural Plains from the Perspective of Population-Land-Industry Coordination:The Case of Huang-Huai-Hai Plain
This paper analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution of population, land, and Industry in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain at the county level from 2000 to 2020.It de-velops an analytical model to assess the status of coordinated development and changes in the three critical elements in 2000,2010,and 2020,identifying key spa-tial issues. The paper reveals that the level of coordinated development is moderate, with significant spatial and structural disparities.Areas with poor coordination nor-mally experience a triple low-efficiency lock-in of population, land, and Industry, while areas with declining coordination are confronted by more prominent spatial in-efficiency issues.Building on the research findings, the paper proposes strategic spa-tial planning responses for optimizing spatial patterns in various problematic areas.
