The Co-construction and Process of Spatial Order Shaping in Urban Design:A Case Study of the Headquarters Business District of Tianfu New Area,Sichuan Province
Understanding the underlying mechanisms that shape urban spatial order is crucial for effective urban design practices.Based on an analysis of the concepts of order and spatial order, this paper divides the shaping of spatial order in urban de-sign into two steps:"primary creation"and"secondary creation"."Primary creation"follows a rational and standardized academic logic, based on the co-construction of multiple elements and reaching a consensus, reflecting the collaborative shaping of spatial order."Secondary creation"is oriented towards dynamic changes in policies, market environments, and development behaviors, aligning the overall goals of urban design with individual expressions while emphasizing the ongoing process of spatial order shaping.Drawing from urban design practices in Tianfu New Area and the work experience of the chief planner, the paper provides specific insights into the characteristics and practical methods of co-construction and shaping spatial order, aiming to provide a reference for improving the comprehensive implementation of ur-ban design.
