Exploration of a Rural Spatial Governance Model in Southern Jiangsu from the Perspective of Urban-Rural Relationship Evolution:A Case Study of Tianning District,Changzhou
With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the develop-ment of rural areas has entered a critical period of transformation,accompanied by shifts in urban-rural relationships.The evolving connotation of urban-rural relations in China has always revolved around forming mutually beneficial interactions,foster-ing deep integration,and creating shared prosperity.As one of the exemplary models for rural revitalization in China,the"Southern Jiangsu Model"has played a leading role in rural transformation,industrial agglomeration,and spatial governance.Rural ar-eas,as an essential components of urban-rural relationship,have become key drivers of regional integration and forging new connections between cities and the country-side.This paper,from the perspective of evolving urban-rural relations,first summa-rizes the development trends and challenges faced by rural areas in Southern Ji-angsu.It proposes the establishment of an urban-rural integration governance frame-work focusing on resource integration,comprehensive spatial planning,and gover-nance coordination.Secondly,using"village chapter"action planning in the"San-huangmiao—Fengbei Village"Area of Zhenglu Town,Tianning District,as a case study,the paper suggests creating a new model of rural spatial governance.This model includes innovations in rural unit planning,the division of sub-units for plan implement,and strengthening governance through collaborative platforms,providing reference and inspirations for the future development of rural areas.
