基于舒适度评价的岭南传统商业街环境品质研究

摘要
作为强调购物人群的行为体验及内心感受的场所,街区环境的整体综合品质影响着使用人群的舒适程度.在城市发展进程中,如何挖掘传统商业街固有的环境特质,提升传统商业街可持续发展的生命力,舒适度研究是传统街区改造中的关键所在.本研究通过使用后评价,运用层次分析法建构出岭南传统商业街舒适度评价模型,探讨使用者多层次的环境需求,从而形成对传统商业街较为本质和全面的综合绩效评价,为传统街区的改造提出实践参考意义.
Abstract
As a place that emphasizes the behavioral experience and inner feeling of the shopping crowd,the overall comprehensive quality of the neighborhood environment affects the comfort level of the users.In the process of urban development,how to excavate the inherent environmental characteristics of traditional commercial streets,enhance the vitality of sustainable development of traditional commercial streets,comfort research is the key to the transformation of traditional streets.Through post-use evaluation,this study constructs a comfort evaluation model of Lingnan traditional commercial street by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to explore multi-level environmental needs of users,so as to form an essential and comprehensive comprehensive performance evaluation of traditional commercial street and put forward practical reference significance for the transformation of traditional street.
