外文摘要：Green productivity is the identification concept derived from the President Xi Jinping's scientific conclusion that"new quality productivity itself is green productivity",which refers to giving play to the leading role of green scientific and technological innovation,promoting the green transformation of traditional economic growth mode and productivity development path,characterized by the high-tech,high efficiency,high quality and low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission,and it's the quality of advanced productivity in line with the new development concept,especially the concept of green development.It is a major achievement of the integration and innovation of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-civilization and Xi Jinping Thought on Economics,and is an innovative theory to guide green,low-carbon and high-quality development.It is also the enrichment and development of Marxist productivity theory and ecological outlook,and is the historical inheritance and times innovation in pursuing modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In terms of practice,it follows the development logic of"guided by green lifestyle-based on green industry development-driven by green technological innovation-supported by green talent training-guaranteed by green system mechanism",and will guide all localities to develop green productive forces in accordance with local conditions and contribute to build the Beautiful China.
