摘要
为实现人与自然和谐共生,企业绿色转型和低碳发展成为必由之路.碳达峰与碳中和是全球承诺,更是国内经济、社会的一场重大变革.于企业而言,机遇与挑战并存.在绿色创新驱动产业转型升级和绿色产品市场需求日益旺盛的同时,企业也面临能源结构调整进程缓慢、碳排放核算体系不完善和绿色技术研发与应用面临困境等多方面的挑战.为此,需要进一步探索企业实现绿色转型与低碳发展的具体路径.在理论层面,本文从企业的生产、管理和社会责任三方面构建起企业绿色低碳发展的实现路径,通过技术赋能企业生产、优化改革企业管理和践行企业社会责任,为有效改善企业效益,促进企业可持续发展构建新思路.在实践层面,本文也为企业管理者和政策制定者提供方案参考和政策启示,推进建立有效市场和有为政府充分结合的新型政商关系.
Abstract
To achieve a harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature,green transformation and low-carbon development of enterprises have become an inevitable pathway.Carbon peak and carbon neutrality are global commitments,and they represent a significant transformation within the domestic economy and society.For enterprises,opportunities and challenges coexist.While green innovation drives industrial transformation and upgrading,and the market demand for green products grows increasingly strong,enterprises also face multiple challenges such as the slow progress in energy structure adjustment,an imperfect carbon emission accounting system,and difficulties in the research and application of green technologies.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the specific path for enterprises to achieve green transformation and low-carbon development.At the theoretical level,this paper constructs a pathway for the green and low-carbon development of enterprises from three aspects:production,management,and social responsibility.By empowering production through technology,optimizing and reforming enterprise management,and practicing corporate social responsibility,it aims to effectively improve corporate performance and promote sustainable development,thus building a new approach.At the practical level,this paper also provides reference solutions and policy insights for enterprise managers and policymakers,promoting the establishment of a new type of government-business relationship that fully integrates effective market and promising government.
