摘要
HS-X型水力测功机装用的飞轮装置在发动机试车时,出现飞轮装置轴承温度报警故障,进行了飞轮装置的分解、故障检查及检测、修理、装配、调试.发现轴承损伤、尺寸不合格是飞轮装置轴承超温的主要原因.通过采取更换轴承、重新调整飞轮装置轴承配合、调整转子组件跳动量、动平衡等方式,完成了飞轮装置的国内自主维修保障.
Abstract
During engine testing, the flywheel device installed in HS-X hydraulic dynamometers underwent a bearing temperature alarm failure. The flywheel device was decomposed, inspected and tested for failure, repaired, assembled and adjusted. It was found that the main causes of overtemperature of flywheel device bearing were bearing damage and unqualified size. By replacing the bearing, readjusting the bearing fit of the flywheel device, and adjusting the runout of the rotor assembly and dynamic balance, the domestic independent maintenance support of the flywheel device is completed.
