数字技术的发展逐渐改变了人们的生产生活,革新了社会生产劳动内容、方式和手段等.在此背景下,劳动教育数字化转型尤为迫切和必要.当前高职院校劳动教育数字化转型面临多方面的风险挑战和发展机遇,高职院校要加强思辨,既要突显劳动教育数字化转型发展的价值理论,提升育人实效,也要全盘思考转型工作在主体、内容、技术和制度等方面面临的现实困境,加强变革创新,努力探索出劳动教育数字化转型实践进路,从而提升学生的劳动品格、劳动能力、劳动价值观、劳动精神、劳动习惯等,为中国特色社会主义现代化建设培育合格建设者和可靠接班人.
The digital transformation of education has gradually changed people's production and life and revolutionized the content, methods, and means of social production labor. In this context, the digital transformation of labor education is particularly urgent and necessary. The current digital transformation of labor education in higher vocational colleges faces various risks, challenges, and development opportunities. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen their thinking, highlight the value theory of digital transformation of labor education, improve the effectiveness of education, and comprehensively consider the constraints faced by transformation work in terms of subject, content, technology, and system. They should strengthen reform and innovation, strive to explore practical paths for digital transformation of labor education, and improve students' labor character, labor ability, labor values, labor spirit, labor habits, etc., in order to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.
