The rapid development of big data technology has promoted the optimization of archive management work, while also promoting the transformation of archive resources from digitization to dataization. Based on this perspective, the paper deeply analyzes the important significance of optimizing archive management in the context of big data, and points out the practical difficulties faced in the data-driven transformation and development of archive management. Corresponding development path strategies are proposed to promote the development of archive management in China towards intelligence, specialization, and scientificity.
