Failure Analysis of Primary Turbine Disc of a Certain Type of Aviation Turbine Engine
The first stage turbine disc is the key component of aeroengine.Due to the high rotor speed,high temperature and harsh working environment of the turbine disc,the centrifugal force generated by the turbine blades on the engine turbine disc reacts on the connected mortising groove,and the turbine disc is prone to fatigue fracture under various variable loads and cyclic loads.Based on the analysis of the principle of the first stage turbine groove bottom crack of a certain type of aviation turbine engine,combined with the real data and the impact of the fault,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward to improve the performance,reliability,safety and economy of aviation turbine engine.
