Research on the Transformation and Development of Vocational Education Parks Under the Background of Modern Vocational Education System Construction Reform—Taking Hunan(Zhuzhou)Vocational Education Science and Technology Park as an Example
The reform of modern vocational education system requires the transformation and development of vocational education parks,from the spatial docking of production and education to the in-depth integration of production and education,from the accumulation of park resources to the integrated development of park and city,from external forces to internal forces to drive development.According to the investigation of Hunan(Zhuzhou)Vocational Education Science and Technology Park,there are five prominent problems in its transformation and development:not clear target positioning,not clear development path,not clear main responsibilities,not deep integration of industry and education,and not enough aggregation of park resources.To effectively promote the transformation and development of vocational education parks,comprehensive measures should be taken from five aspects:adapting to local conditions,accurately positioning the transformation and development goals of the parks;classified development,reasonable planning of the park transformation and development path;from top to bottom,the main responsibilities of the park are clarified step by step;in-depth cooperation,focus on deepening the integration of industry and education in the park;share achievements and flexibly promote the integration of park resources.
