As an important part of the military talent training system,the development of targeted sergeant training is of great significance to improve the level of sergeant professionalism and meet the needs of the technological professional of the army.Hunan Province,as the pilot province of national orientation sergeant training,has accumulated rich practical experience in the process of carrying out orientation sergeant training in higher vocational colleges,but also faces many problems and challenges.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of directional sergeant training in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,and puts forward some strategies,such as establishing college training alliance,reforming training mode,and perfecting military-local cooperative education mechanism,in order to provide replicable and popularizing experience for national directional sergeant training.
