According to the development of missile technology in recent years,the need for high reliability and timely wartime maintenance in missile maintenance,and combining with the current training situation of missile maintenance talents,through the military-civilian alliance,school-enterprise cooperation,this study constructs"dual teacher"classroom,"enterprise"classroom,"military"classroom and"innovation"classroom.The three-stage advanced talent training mode of"three know and six abilities"is put forward,which can understand principle,structure,be able to query and use in the early stage;can understand process,be able to detect and assemble in the middle stage,and can trouble-shoot and upgrade in the later stage.
