The digital educational resources represented by open online courses,courseware,academic reports and papers are the intellectual achievements of educational institutions,especially teachers.Although the resource builders have invested a lot of time,energy and funds,they can not get the due economic return,which is obviously an unreasonable phenomenon.Starting from the historical background of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources,this study systematically combs the research status of blockchain technology used in the field of the allocation rights and interests of digital resources,and studies the mechanism of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources.On this basis,the paper discusses the basic idea of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources based on blockchain technology,and provides a method and path for the realization of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources by blockchain.
