摘要

某型飞机在使用和维护过程中,出现一起滑轨发射装置氮气压力超差故障.该起故障涉及机上线路、机载产品,零组件安装配合精度要求较高,给故障排查造成很大困难.通过对武器控制系统工作原理、使用流程进行分析,采用串件、线路测量、分解检查、密封性试验等方法,最终确定故障原因为氮气电磁阀装配对接面不贴合.在此基础上,总结故障排除的经验,为同类故障的排查提供思路参考和经验借鉴.

Abstract

When using and maintaining an aircraft,a fault of nitrogen pressure out of tolerance has happened.This fault involves airline and airborne product,the requirement of the component's installation accuracy is high,which brings great difficulties to the fault removal.In paper,the working principle and using procession of the weapon control system are analyzed,the method of cannibalization、airline measurement、decomposition check、encapsulation-test are used,ultimately identifying the fault cause which is the assembly pair misfit of the nitrogen solenoid valve.On this basis,through summarizing the troubleshooting experience,which can provides reference and experience for similar fault elimination.
